In this role, Kathy will also serve as a member of the SII Board of Directors.

For more than 60 years, the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) and The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania have partnered to equip SII participants with practical information, ideas and answers directly applicable to their present and future responsibilities.
The SII is a three-consecutive year program with a customized executive curriculum that is redesigned each year to reflect the needs of an ever-changing and ever-challenging business. RBC Wealth Management sponsors several individuals each year to attend this program.
As director of Business Technology Initiatives, Gremillion is responsible for planning and organizing business technology and other initiatives within the RBC Wealth Management – U.S. platform, prioritizing the integration and content of technology releases and assuring proper communication and training for users impacted by these initiatives.
