MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (March 17, 2010) – On Wall Street, a leading financial trade publication, recently announced the winners of their “Branch Manager of the Year” award. The award pays tribute to individual branch managers for their achievements in creating effective branch-wide marketing strategies; recruiting, developing and retaining talented advisors and providing superior client service. Out of the ten winners, two were from RBC Wealth Management.
Warren Bischoff, director of RBC Wealth Management’s Washington D.C. complex, and Richard Franchella, director of the firm’s Midtown, New York complex, were honored with the “Branch Manager of the Year” award. Both exhibit superior leadership skills and are very active in their communities and in charitable giving. Bischoff has been with RBC Wealth Management for 8 years, and has been the recipient of numerous awards at the firm, including the Volunteer of the Year award and Community Service award. Franchella is the Event Chair for the RBC Race for the Kids, and has been with the firm for 5 years.
