As we take time to reflect on the important contributions of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. to the civil rights movement, we may be remembering his many inspirational messages that moved a generation to take action.

• Launched a U.S. veterans initiative to help recruit, retain and support veterans and other military service members and their families
• Introduced a corporate-wide curriculum to help mitigate the impact of unconscious bias in the workplace
• Multicultural Employee Alliance employee resource group hit 20-year milestone anniversary
• Celebrated 24-year anniversary of our internal Women’s Association of Financial Advisors employee resource group.
